Job Description
We are seeking a UKG Payroll Business Analyst to optimize payroll processes and support UKG implementations. You will gather requirements, configure UKG payroll modules, validate data, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and produce payroll reports. Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and accurate integrations. Strong analytical skills, experience with UKG/UKG Pro or Workforce Central, payroll domain knowledge, SQL/Excel proficiency, and excellent communication are required. Prior payroll implementation or support experience and attention to detail are preferred.
