FTC GROUP OF COMPANIES CORP is seeking an experienced Associate Sales Director to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing the sales force, training, and motivating team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in sales, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and excellent managerial skills.
