Job Description
As Human Resource Business Partner | Employee Relations you will partner with business leaders to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, conduct workplace investigations, advise on performance and disciplinary actions, develop HR policies, and promote positive employee engagement. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, analyze trends and recommend solutions to improve retention and culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years in employee relations/HRBP, strong communication and investigation skills, discretion, and problem-solving. Experience with local labor regulations and HR systems preferred.
