Job Description
We seek a Team Leader for Content Moderation to supervise a fast-paced moderation team, enforce content policies, and maintain quality standards. You will coach agents, handle escalations, implement operational improvements, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with product and legal teams. The role requires strong judgment, conflict resolution, scheduling, and reporting skills. Preferred: 3+ years in content moderation or trust & safety, 1+ year leading teams, excellent communication, familiarity with moderation tools, and willingness to work flexible shifts.
