Job Description
We are seeking a Telecommunications Sales Coach to lead, mentor, and upskill our sales team on telecom products and solutions. You will design and deliver training programs, conduct coaching sessions and role-plays, monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement sales best practices to improve conversion and revenue. Requirements: minimum 3 years in telecommunications sales, at least 1 year in coaching or training, excellent communication and presentation skills, CRM proficiency, and strong analytical ability.
