Job Description
We are hiring a Tagalog Member Support Agent to provide friendly, professional assistance to Tagalog-speaking members via chat, email, and phone.
Responsibilities: handle inquiries, resolve issues, document cases, and escalate complex matters while maintaining high service standards and response times.
Qualifications: native or fluent Tagalog and English, customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer literacy, and willingness to work flexible shifts.
