Job Description
We are seeking a Transition Manager to lead service and organizational change projects, ensuring smooth handovers between program phases and operational teams. You will plan and coordinate transition activities, manage risks, align stakeholders, and deliver training and documentation. Ideal candidates have 5+ years’ experience in change or program management, strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills, plus familiarity with ITIL or PMP practices. Ability to work under pressure and drive measurable outcomes is required.
