Fusion CX is seeking an onsite Team Leader for our Silang site. You will lead, motivate, and coach agents to meet KPIs, monitor daily performance, handle escalations, and foster a collaborative, accountable team culture. Candidates must have proven BPO team leadership experience, strong coaching and communication skills, and be available to start immediately or on short notice. Work setup: Onsite in Silang.
