Job Description
We are seeking a Real-Time Analyst to monitor live operations, analyze performance metrics, and optimize processes to ensure service quality. You’ll manage dashboards, forecast demand, handle anomalies, and coordinate with operations and support teams to resolve issues quickly. Required: bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/SQL and real-time platforms, excellent communication, and willingness to work shifts.
