Job Description
The Outbound Call Center Agent at FYB Technologies Inc promotes solar and home renovation services to US-based clients, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives. This onsite, target-driven role follows US time zones (night shift PH time). Responsibilities include presenting services, handling objections, logging details in CRM, and meeting call and appointment targets. Qualifications: high school graduate (college a plus), with or without call center experience — training provided; US campaign experience and neutral/American accent preferred. Skills: outbound calling, appointment setting, CRM use, persuasion, and reliability. Full-time permanent. Salary Php20,00–25,00/month.
