Job Description
G9Outsourcing Corp. seeks talented Management Trainees (Operations) for a one-year intensive development program offering hands-on training across BPO operations. Candidates must hold a tertiary degree in business or IT, be proficient in MS Excel, possess strong written and spoken English, be team-oriented, entrepreneurial, and driven for excellence. This full-time, permanent role pays Php20,00–30,00/month and includes health insurance, paid training, promotion opportunities, company events, free parking, a company Christmas gift, and pay raises. Preferred applicants who can reliably commute to or relocate to Makati. Work is in person.
