Job Description

We are on the lookout for fulltime OFFICE BASED VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (MAKATI) who will perform administrative duties and support the business operations. As a virtual assistant, candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to a sales team by doing prospecting and research of market opportunities, handling lead generation, managing new accounts and maintaining accurate sales records to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

To be successful in this role, candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

· Must have completed tertiary education with a degree in Marketing with specialization in Communications or any Business related course or its equivalent

· Must be strategically creative, detail-oriented, confident, and articulate

· Self-motivated and self-driven; able to work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining consistently high productivity

· Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs

· Strong time management and decision making skills

· 1 – 2 years relevant experience an advantage but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
