Job Description
The Front Desk Officer serves as the welcoming face of Gan Advanced Osseointegration Center. This role is essential for creating a positive first impression for our patients. Ideal candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide information.
- Schedule client appointments and make follow-up calls.
- Greet walk-in patients and assist them with necessary information.
- Handle paperwork and maintain confidentiality.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
