Job Description
Lead store teams; enforce uniforms, schedules and attendance; ensure compliance with policies, labor and safety rules. Execute promotions, prepare sales and walk-in reports, monitor performance, and coordinate forecasts with the COO. Oversee cash handling and security, analyze customer responses to merchandising, and drive sales. Requirements: bachelor preferred, 2+ years in retail/customer service. Full-time, in-person role. Salary from Php18,00/month; paid training provided.
