Job Description
Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to oversee the management of our production area. The successful candidate will ensure that all process lines operate effectively and efficiently to achieve our objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in an Assistant Manager or managerial role.
- Familiarity with GMP, SSOP, ISO 900, HACCP, and HALAL standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in Mabalacat, Pampanga.
