Job Description
Join Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. as an R&D Baking Technologist I. Conduct product application tests and experiments to enhance quality. Responsibilities include data analysis, finished product evaluation, and shelf-life stability studies. Help prepare materials for new product development and perform production process audits.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field and at least one year of experience in food manufacturing or analysis. Knowledge of GMP and HALAL standards is a plus. Must be willing to work in Biñan, Laguna.
