Job Description
We are seeking a Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team, coordinate repair activities, and ensure facility reliability.
Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance, supervising technicians, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues, managing spare parts inventory, enforcing safety and quality standards, and liaising with contractors.
Requirements: technical diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in building services, strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with maintenance software.
