Job Description
Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; document cases and escalate complex problems. Maintain product knowledge and deliver clear, patient guidance. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year customer support or technical experience; basic networking and OS familiarity; strong communication and problem-solving skills; English proficiency.
