Job Description
GD PRIME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION seeks a full-time Property Manager based in Laguna (in-person). The Manager will coordinate with the Developer for property turnover, oversee all property management functions for owners, and proactively maintain and enhance site developments. Key responsibilities include Operations, Finance, Property Enhancement, Community Development, and Personal Development. The role requires keeping GPPMC informed of site requirements and managing all operational facets of the assigned project. Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Laguna is preferred.
