Job Description
Gear Inc. is seeking a skilled Human Resource Business Partner to manage HR processes and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Responsibilities include managing the employment lifecycle, providing actionable insights from HR metrics, and leading engagement surveys.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, has experience in HR roles, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills. A C1-C2 English proficiency level is required.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Php30,00.00 to Php36,00.00 per month, along with health insurance and a 13th-month salary.
