Job Description
GeBBS seeks an Operations Manager to lead US Healthcare RCM transitions. You will develop client-specific transition plans, coordinate resources and teams, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and act as primary client contact. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 8–12 years in project management with Healthcare RCM experience, current Manager/Assistant Manager title preferred, strong knowledge of healthcare processes and regulations, excellent communication, negotiation and multi-project management skills; PMP a plus. Full-time, permanent; in-person at MOA Pasay, Mandaluyong, Ortigas and Eastwood with travel across sites. Salary from Php90,00/month.
