Job Description
Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking an HR Associate to support our dynamic Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will assist newly hired employees with pre-employment requirements, conduct orientations, maintain HRIS, and manage payroll administration.
The HR Associate will also handle government registrations, employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits administration, and resignation processes while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource, Psychology, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome; HR experience is a plus. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS are essential.
