Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Consultant, Change Management to design and drive organizational change programs for complex transformation initiatives. You will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training and adoption metrics; coach senior leaders, coordinate cross-functional teams and mitigate resistance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in change management, strong consulting experience, Prosci or equivalent certification, excellent communication and project leadership skills, and a proven track record delivering measurable adoption and business outcomes.
