Job Description
We are looking for a Process Associate to support daily operational workflows by documenting procedures, performing accurate data entry, monitoring quality controls, and coordinating with teams to optimize processes.
Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, basic Excel and MS Office skills, good communication, and problem-solving. Prior operations or process experience is a plus. Full-time role with training and competitive benefits.
