Job Description
Gentem Consulting Services seeks an ETS Manager to oversee Construction Management, Property Management, and the Engineering Office. The role focuses on construction and project development, ensuring efficient execution, quality control, and improved property operations. Qualifications: BS in Civil Engineering, Licensed Civil Engineer, 8–10 years in leadership roles across construction, property, and engineering offices, experience managing horizontal and vertical developments, and willingness to travel between Mandaluyong and Bulacan. Full-time, in-person position.
