About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our expanding team in CALABARZON as a Store Manager Trainee. This full-time role offers the chance to build a fulfilling career in retail management. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive extensive training to prepare you for a leadership position within our vibrant and fast-paced organization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, sales monitoring and visual merchandising,
- Provide coaching and support to store team members to drive sales and productivity
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store-level marketing and promotional strategies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of store operations
- Handling customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner
- Sourcing, hiring, training, and managing subordinates
- Preparing detailed reports on a weekly and monthly basis
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration or any relevant field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems
- A passion for the retail industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a retail apparel environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to be assigned and relocated to nearby Giordano branches.

- Alabang Town Center
- Festival
- Cavite Area
- Laguna Area
Schedule:
Probationary Period:
- 6-day work week (Store Manager Trainee)
Upon Regularization:
- 5-day work week (1 rest day on weekdays, 1 rest day on weekends)
