Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Analyst, Client Services to manage client onboarding, monitor service delivery, and optimize operational processes. You will analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, resolve client inquiries, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure SLA compliance. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years in operations or client-facing roles, strong Excel and SQL skills, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
