Job Description
Global BPO Services is seeking a motivated and dynamic Chat Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues using established scripts and procedures. You will gather information, provide guidance to lower-level employees, and inform clients of our expert services.
This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for fresh graduates. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php20,500.00 to Php30,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and paid training.
