We are seeking an organized, proactive Admin Manager to oversee office operations, administrative staff, facilities, and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, procurement, recordkeeping, office policies, and supporting HR onboarding. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of administrative management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting, and attention to detail.
