Job Description
Full-time, in-person role handling healthcare AR and collections in a BPO: claims processing, status tracking, medical billing, AR follow-ups, denial/appeal management via outbound provider calls. Require 6–12 months AR/collections in healthcare BPO, 1+ year customer service (preferably healthcare), strong communication, computer/data-entry skills, flexible to shifting schedules including weekends/holidays. High school diploma or higher. Salary Php24,00–26,00/month; benefits: health & life insurance, paid training, extra leave, company events, promotion opportunities.
