Job Description
Manage and grow strategic client relationships as Key Accounts Manager. You will develop account plans, lead negotiations, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate internal teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement retention strategies to meet revenue targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in key account or B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and CRM proficiency.
