Job Description
We are hiring a Chat Support Specialist for Booking Accounts to manage customer inquiries via live chat. You will assist with booking creation, modifications, cancellations, payment issues, and account verification while maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities include resolving issues quickly, documenting interactions in CRM, collaborating with operations, and upselling relevant services. Requirements: excellent written English, fast typing, strong problem-solving and empathy, familiarity with booking platforms, and flexibility for shift work. Minimum high school diploma; 1+ year chat or customer service experience preferred.
