Job Description
Join our team as an Entry-Level Chat Support Agent for a travel account. Provide friendly, accurate live chat assistance to travelers, resolve booking inquiries, and guide customers through policies and itinerary changes.
Responsibilities: respond promptly via chat, troubleshoot bookings, escalate issues, document interactions, and maintain high customer satisfaction and response quality.
Qualifications: excellent English communication, basic computer skills, empathy, ability to multitask, and flexible shifts. Prior customer service or travel knowledge is a plus. Training provided.
