Job Description
Goldstar Realty seeks a full-time, in-person HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, DOLE/labor compliance, trainings and events, and occasional support to sister companies. Candidates need a bachelor’s in HRM/Psychology or related field, ~7 years’ HR experience preferred, fluent in English and Filipino, strong communication, organizational and MS Office skills; real estate experience a plus. Salary Php50,00/month; benefits include extra leave, company events, health insurance and raises. Application question: Describe your interpersonal communication style.
