Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our accounting staff and ensure compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide strategic financial advice to management to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
