Job Description
Grand Hyatt Manila seeks an experienced Sales Manager to generate new business, leverage World of Hyatt loyalty, and maximize room and event revenue. You will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor forecasts, review booking procedures and contracts, and drive profitable market performance. The ideal candidate has at least two years in sales at a five-star luxury property, outstanding customer service, strong problem-solving and account development skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with people. This role requires strategic planning, accurate reporting, and close coordination with marketing to exceed revenue targets across rooms, meetings, and other revenue streams.
