Job Description
Join Grand Land Inc. as a Customer Experience Assistant! Your role will involve:
- Client Interaction: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about properties and services.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with data entry, filing, and managing appointments while maintaining customer records in our CRM system.
- Customer Feedback: Gathering and documenting feedback to enhance service improvement.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and good organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
