Job Description
Grand Land Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner. You will assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments while addressing and resolving minor client issues.
