Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Receptionist at Grand Regal Hotel Davao. As the first point of contact for guests, clients, and staff, you will provide a welcoming and efficient front desk experience, manage check-ins, phone and email inquiries, and assist with administrative duties. Qualifications: college graduate in BS Hospitality Management (BS HRM) or BS Tourism; at least 1 year of front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; professional appearance; calm and courteous under pressure. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
