Service Delivery Manager – Wealth Investment and Asset Management

Work Setup: 100% RTO / Onsite – Taguig

Work Shift: Night shift

Salary Range: Up to PHP 100,00

Role Overview

The Service Delivery Manager oversees and directs strategic planning, operations, and financial performance for the Wealth Investment and Asset Management division within a BPO. This role ensures operational efficiency, high-quality client service, and financial performance while leading a team of managers and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
  • Manage overall performance of the Wealth Investment and Asset Management division, including client satisfaction, quality assurance, and cost management.
  • Lead and supervise a team of managers and professionals to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and recommend strategies to expand services.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the division.
  • Drive growth and success of the BPO division by ensuring operational excellence and leadership in delivery.

Qualifications

  • College graduate; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Wealth Investment, Asset Management, Fund Servicing, Fund Accounting, Risk & Compliance, Equity Fund, Unit Trust Pricing, Client Services, Financial Portfolio Lifecycle, CSAT, Stock Market, Investment, Mutual Funds, Products, with proven leadership track record.
  • Strong understanding of BPO industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Experience managing delivery teams in a BPO or contact center environment.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management.
  • Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Stable work history (not a job hopper – less than 1 year per company discouraged).
