Job Description
We are seeking a Business Architect specializing in SAP BRIM and Customer Insights (CI) to define billing, subscription and customer engagement strategies. You will translate business objectives into solution architecture, lead BRIM design, integrate CI for a 360° customer view, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure scalable, compliant implementations. Requirements: 5+ years in SAP BRIM, expertise in billing/subscription models, integration experience (APIs, SAP CPI/PI), process modeling, stakeholder management and strong communication. Preferred: SAP certification, telecom or utilities experience and data analytics familiarity. The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on blueprinting and delivery oversight.
