Job Description

Greatech Philippines seeks a Document Controller to manage ISO documentation and records. Graduate of a four-year business degree or equivalent with at least one year ISO registration experience preferred. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include creating templates, setting up, copying, scanning and filing physical and digital documents, managing documentation requests, maintaining accurate records, distributing project information to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality, and preparing project reports. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role. Benefits include free parking, staff meals, pay raises and promotion to permanent employment.
