Job Description
Job Summary: The Telesales Agent is responsible for engaging with existing Growsari stores to promote the use of Growsari’s products and services. This role emphasizes customer education, product upselling, and store retention through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate store owners on maximizing Growsari’s services.
- Identify upselling opportunities and drive product awareness.
- Build relationships with store owners to enhance retention.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills, sales-driven mindset, CRM proficiency, and telesales experience preferred.
Job Type: Fixed term (3 months), Pay: Php17,00/month, 6-Day work week.
