Job Description
GrowthAssistant is looking for a talented and motivated E-Commerce Accounting Specialist to handle order entry, sales mapping, and BOM creation in Shopify. This role involves cost accounting, financial reporting, and managing accounts payable processes while ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
Salary: Up to Php 80,00, based on experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage Shopify operations
- Map sales and build product BOM
- Generate financial reports and perform cost accounting
- Handle accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks or similar software
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with QuickBooks
- 1+ years of experience in Shopify
- Advanced Excel skills
