Job Description
We are hiring an IT Operator to monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include monitoring servers and networks, performing routine backups, managing user accounts, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, applying patches, and coordinating with vendors. The candidate should have an associate degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in IT support or operations, familiarity with Windows/Linux, basic networking (TCP/IP, switching), scripting or automation basics, and strong problem-solving skills. Shift flexibility and attention to detail are required. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.
