Job Description
Join us as Q200832: CSR Scheduler. You will create and manage customer service representative schedules to ensure optimal coverage, monitor real-time queue levels, adjust staffing, produce forecasts and reports, and coordinate with team leads and HR. Use workforce management tools and Excel to analyze metrics and improve efficiency. Requirements: 1–3 years scheduling or contact-center experience, strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and willingness to work flexible shifts.
