Job Description
We are seeking a Team Leader for Capital Markets (APAC) to manage a regional trading and client solutions team. You will drive strategy, oversee execution of capital markets products, mentor staff, liaise with sales and risk, and ensure regulatory compliance across APAC. Candidates should have 7+ years in capital markets, strong leadership, product knowledge (equities, fixed income, derivatives), and excellent communication in English. Analytical mindset, stakeholder management, and experience with market structure and risk controls are required. Location: APAC; travel as needed.
