Job Description
Join our team as a Training Officer responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating employee development programs. You’ll assess training needs, create curricula and materials, facilitate workshops and e-learning, and track learning outcomes and compliance. Collaborate with managers to align programs with business goals, maintain training records, and report on KPIs. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in training or HR, strong facilitation and communication skills, familiarity with LMS and MS Office. Proactive, organized, and able to engage diverse learners.
