Job Description
Join Hann Casino Resort as an Employee Relations Assistant. You will support the Employee Relations team with daily HR/ER tasks: logging and tracking employee inquiries, preparing reports, memos and ER documents, coordinating meetings and engagement activities, maintaining confidential employee records, and providing administrative support for compliance and HR initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology or related; fresh graduates welcome; willingness to learn ER and Philippine labor law basics; strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented, discreet; proficient in MS Office.
