Job Description
Join Hann Resorts as a Rewards Club Associate. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and property features; efficiently handle casino membership and Rewards Club transactions following established procedures and regulations; and consistently deliver exceptional customer service while building positive patron relationships. Preferred: four-year degree. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, enjoy engaging with players, and possess problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
